I am back to bring you new installments of my Scrub Style series with these items focusing on Fall trends and colors. The first brand I am reviewing is Nurse Mates!
Caitlyn Top
The first item that I will be reviewing and recommending from Nurse Mates is their Caitlyn Top. The Caitlyn top comes in a wide variety of colors, including the shade that I am wearing, "Smoke". The wide variety of colors and slim fit allows for any health care professional to find their unit requirement and spend their shifts in style!
This scrub top is made out of breathable, quality material so you never have to worry about your outfit while you are taking care of your patients. Nurse Mates puts the healthcare provider's needs first with the small details they add into their staple pieces.
Just like all Nurse Mates scrub tops there are two sets of front pockets featured. The extra pockets allow for additional storage for saline flushes, pens, or a special place to put your unit phone so you don't lose it during your busy shift.
An adorable detail that the Caitlyn top features is this deep v-neck with the heart charm detail in the center. This detail adds a very special twist to the traditional scrub top and shows off the NurseMates brand signature, which is placed on every item sold.
Katie Pant
The Katie Pant brings a new flare to scrub bottoms with scrunched pockets and straight legged details. These pockets add the perfect touch to the usual scrub pants while perfecting functionality. The ruched detail can allow for extra room when you just need one more hand to carry items to your patient room from the clean supply closet.
The straight leg creates a stream line look and does not let you feel constricted in your pants while you are running down the hall, bending down to check a Foley bag, or sitting at the nurses station.
The Ultimate Nursing Bag
I reviewed this bag in my first Scrub Style Nurse Mates review. I am still in love with this bag and utilize all of the main compartment space and additional side pocket areas to place all of my belongings for long clinical days. The print that I am carrying in these photos is no longer available, but if you browse their current pattern selections you will be sure to find one the speaks to your personal scrub style!
This print, "Hope for a Cure" is one of the current prints available and is perfect to represent during the month of October for Breast Cancer awareness.
One special detail that I love about their brand is their dedication to cancer awareness and charity. During the month of September NurseMates held another installment of their St. Jude's Children's Cancer Research social media fundraiser, where the proceeds of their fundraiser was donated to St. Jude's for Children's Cancer research.
I had the privilege of participating in the fundraiser this year through my social media platform, and look forward to contributing next year as well!
